Shipping Information
*All our parcels are fully packed with care making sure that the product is in good condition while delivering to customer. Our estimated delivery described below applies to orders shipped within Pakistan.  

 Delivery Timings:

● For Lahore - 2-3 working days.
● Outside areas - 3-5 working days.

ADDRESS INFORMATION

It’s the customer's responsibility to provide us with a correct and complete shipping address.
If your shipping address is different from your billing address, please specify this during checkout.

SHIPPING NOTIFICATION

When your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Notification email / SMS.

This email will provide you with your order ID to track your item as it makes its way to you, as well as the date your order was shipped.

You can also check the status of your order online by logging into the ''Track my order" page with your Order ID and Email.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY?

You have 3 days from the date of delivery to claim for the return or exchange if :
•    The product is damaged, stained, defected or incomplete. 

•    The product/s must be unused, in the original packaging with labels and protective stickers attached. Change of mind after purchase is not applicable.

This is only applicable for orders delivered within Pakistan, for international orders please contact our customer support team and we will try to help you out in a possible way.
HOW DO I APPLY FOR THE RETURN?
•    To return an item, please email us at enamouxpk@gmail.com with the return reason and order details. 
•    Once our customer support team approves the return you will be requested to send the parcel to our Warehouse.
•    Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.
WHEN WILL MY RETURN BE PROCESSED?
•    We aim to process all returns with 5-7 working days of receipt. 
•    During busy periods please allow up to 14 working days for your return to be processed.
DO YOU OFFER REFUND? 
•    Unfortunately, we don't offer any refunds however in the case where we won't be able to offer an exchange or any solution we may offer a refund.

Cash on delivery Shipping All Over Pakistan within 2-3 working days for same city and 4 - 5 days other cities.
